This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Macon is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Macon follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Delicious food! I've had their super crispy chicken, japchae, galbi, and latte. This place never disappoints, it's so good. I do table side order with their QR code menu but they do have a cashier if thatβs your preference.

This place has a great atmosphere! It's in an unexpected part of town, but worth the short walk! We parked on the street and then walked into the alley for it. You seat yourself, so walk in and find a spot. We didn't know that and were kind of standing around and no staff told us what to do. He stood behind the counter and didn't look up or greet us. There was no sign saying to seat yourself. They may want to get one of those! There are menus on the table, but you order using a QR code, so everyone just passed one phone around and then you pay right there after ordering. No staff interaction really except when they deliver the food. The Food was SO GOOD!! Two folks got ramen and finished their bowls! Beware when it says spice because it is HOT! I got the Tofu Bibimbap and was stuffed, but had some to take home! The portions are pretty big and the drinks! I got a tea, I think it was one of their weekly specials, honey something, but it was very good and I'm sure the other hot teas are just as good! Overall I would return for more Korean food!

This is a sweet place! When we arrived in a light rain, on the porch just before a downpour, it felt like we were in an alleyway in Korea. Cozy, welcoming lighting & decor. Delicious bowls & sauces to choose from. Healthy & great food. And the cashier was a really friendly fella!

Iβve been to Korea and we cook Korean food at home regularly, so I was excited to try Gangnam Grill after seeing so many strong Yelp reviews. After eating here, I found it pretty mediocre. I ordered the beef bulgogi bibimbap. The meat lacked depth and flavor, the rice was just okay, and overall the dish felt bland and toned down. Nothing was bad, but nothing really stood out either. If this is your first experience with Korean food, you might enjoy it. If youβre used to more traditional or bold Korean flavors, this may feel underwhelming. Not terrible, just not something Iβd go out of my way for again.

I gave the service a 3 because no one ever spoke to us until someone brought our food and drinks. Even then he was just telling us what each bowl was. When you walk in you have to find a table and scan a QR code to order and pay for your food. There is also an option to order at the counter. The food was really flavorful and delicious, and we loved the atmosphere. It is a bit pricey for a lunch for four people, but all the downtown restaurants are.
